SIZING?

Per product will vary depending on collection. Please check description for each product and purchase according to your style. I will not be liable for wrong sizing.

 

WHAT IS MADE2ORDER?

Each product is carefully made, processed, and shipped by me. Depending on inventory of products I receive shipments weekly to make sure nothing is out of stock unless limited and/or labeled exclusive.

 

DO YOU RESTOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

Every drop will vary on stock and depending on what the collection is. Most collections are Made2Order. Cut & Sew threads are VERY LIMITED

 

WHAT IS RESERVE & SECURE?

This gives an opportunity for those that are highly interested in a LIMITED product basically reserving a product for 50% down to secure & guarantee they will attain the product.

Usually announced through Instagram & applies to our full cut & sew products

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All orders are expected to be process, shipped, and delivered within 1 to 2 weeks from the order date and vary depending on inventory. Keep note majority of our threads are Made2Order except our full cut & sew products which usually ships Next Day.

 

I PLACED MY ORDER, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TRACKING INFORMATION?

Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information.

 

 

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

USA - (3 to 5 business days from ship date)

- USPS First Class Shipping (up to 5 days)

- USPS Priority Shipping (up to 3 days)

Canada - (10 to 15 business days from ship date)

International - (10 to 18 days from ship date)

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. However, it can take longer to be delivered up to 3 weeks. Additional custom/import/taxes charges maybe assessed by the respective foreign country being ship to.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once the order is processed, packaged and shipped out, I am unable to cancel your order, although you may contact our e-mail at contact@oneoffhaus.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. No returns are available on any merchandise
